Welcome to the Sarovaram TREE Foundation.

At Sarovaram, we are guided by the philosophy of "People’s Participation for People’s Progress". We recognize that young graduates are not just the workforce of tomorrow; they are the stewards of our planet and the architects of our future social systems. However, we also understand that academic degrees alone are often not enough to navigate the complex realities of professional social work and community development.
This is why we launched the Sarovaram Finishing School. Our goal is to bridge the gap between education and field practice. We wanted to create a space—a homely, supportive environment—where social science graduates can transform into confident, capable professionals. Through our specialized 3-month curriculum, we focus not just on professional competency, but on building self-confidence, leadership, and human dignity.
Our commitment extends beyond just training. We strive to foster a deep sense of environmental stewardship and social responsibility in every individual who walks through our doors.
